Start with God. Start with your relationship with Him. Talk to Him. Pray to Him. Worship Him and when I say Him, I don’t mean He is a Male, He is neither Male nor Female, He is God and in Arabic we say Allah meaning ‘One True God.’
He manages the Universe – yet we don’t Trust Him enough to manage our daily affairs? Do everything in your life for the sake of Allah and everything in your life will have Barakah and will be good for you in this life & the next.
“Guard the obligatory prayer. Whoever is careless regarding their prayers will be careless in everything else.”
— Umar Ibn Al-Khattab.
Next, don’t associate anything with Him. Don’t rely on fellow humans to sort your problems, don’t pray to saints or disciples for they were only Human just like you. Don’t Pray to Angels but recognise that they are with us, looking after us for God.
He is the only one who opens doors for new opportunities.
Give Charity. Give and Give and Give. To give is a blessing not to receive. To give, means that God has given you the means to give in the first place, next you will be rewarded for being generous and don’t stop giving until you have reached a state of Altruism. Give with your right hand and forget with your left. As soon as you have given to someone, or helped someone – forget it. Don’t tell anyone your ‘good deed of the day‘ – keep it to yourself – the Angels have written it so it will never be forgotten.
The best of the people is the one who is most helpful to the people.
— The Prophet Sall Allāhu ʿalay-hi wa-sallam.
Education. More than 1 billion Muslims don’t own a Qur’an. 785 million people around the world are illiterate. How can we expect our future to evolve if Education is only for the rich? There should be no 1st world or 3rd world, we are ONE WORLD and should take care of each other as one #HumanRace
“And speak to people kindly…” Surah 2 Verse 84; Holy Qur’an
Be positive. Positivity has a knock on effect. Don’t retaliate insult with insults, hate for hate. Smile and you will succeed. It is a sin for a Muslim to curse any human, animal or thing. Without a doubt, you will be insulted at least once in your life. The Prophet Sall Allāhu ʿalay-hi wa-sallam never returned evil with evil – he returned it with kindness and forgiveness, so who are we to refuse?
Allah is kind and he loves kindness in all matters
Make a goal. Start today and make a goal. Decide how you want to help the planet, even if your efforts appear insignificant, if everyone made one small improvement the world would become a better place to live in. Dream. Plan. Achieve. You have nothing to lose. And Remember His plans are better than our dreams.
“But they plan, and Allah plans. And Allah is the best of planners.” Surah 8 Ayah 30; Holy Qur’an.
Never give up Hope. God is always with us and He will never leave us! Do not fear anything, or anyone except Allah and continue to wish well for others!
Ya as Salam, grant my heart peace
Ya al Mu’min, let this bring me closer to You
Ya al Ghafur, forgive me for my mistakes
Ya al Wali, protect me from harm, both from others and from myself
Ya as Salam, please, grant my heart peace ❤
